We are open during the MCO and offer currency exchange and remittance services to our valued customers.
Please take note of the followings before coming to our store:
- Our business hours during the MCO is Monday-Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm.
- For those of you who wish to exchange currency, we strongly advise you to book online in advance and once approved self-pickup in our store.
- If you are buying foreign currency, we strongly recommended you pay online in advance to reduce the queuing time in-store.
- For any pre-order of RM3,000 and the above, please complete the Customer Due Diligence online form that will be shown automatically to meet regulatory requirements and allow us to serve you faster when you pick up your currency in-store.
- You must bring your IC/Passport and any other documentation requested for final verification.
- Any special requests such as your desired foreign currency note denominations will only be entertained if agreed at the time of booking by using Alert Money Changer to make your request while waiting for your booking to be approved.
