When and how can I get back my refund after I have successfully cancelled the order?

You will be refunded within 14 working days after the cancellation date. Our staff will inform you once your refund is ready for collection at the respective branch.

The customer will be refunded within 5 working days.

Please let us know if you would like to collect cash in person at the selected branch or via bank transfer.

If you opt to collect in cash at the selected branch, we will conduct a verification of identification at the selected branch prior to the release of funds.

We can only make an online payment to the same account holder as the person that orders the currency.
