Can I cancel the transaction after I collected my booked currency? How is the total refund amount calculated?

Once the customer has collected the pre-ordered currency, the transaction is considered as “completed”. If the customer has paid and collected the pre-ordered currency and would like to cancel the transaction, the Company will buy the currency at the prevailing “buy” rate.
