Yes. You can cancel your order at any time before or after our staff send you the payment request. However, your order will automatically be cancelled if any payment is not received on the day of ordering.

The turnover of currency is 24 hours or shorter and the rates may change dramatically within 24 hours or shorter due to reasons beyond our control such as politics, economic, Covid-19 pandemic etc. Hence, if we do not receive any payment within the day, we will proceed to cancel the order to avoid potential losses to the Company.
